Jakarta Bappeda visited the Kebayoran Lama Utara Urban Village office in a series of monitoring and evaluation activity on the implementation of the 2016 budget, Thursday (12/22). It is targeting the One-Stop Integrated Service room that integrated with population and civil registration service.

Sub-Division Head of Governance for Jakarta Bappeda, Danny Sumirat Kurniawan disclosed the review in the field is to analyze the needs and know the problems.

Further, his side wants to conduct deliberations toward clarification room in connection with the arrangement activities that budgeted by Jakarta BTPSP in the upcoming 2017.

"Between PTSP and Population and Civil Registration, there should be synchronization to the vast size agreed to support the improvement of public services," he disclosed.

Based on the review results, the condition of the PTSP's back room ceiling needs repair plus electrical installation. Moreover, such urban village office has never been renovated.

"It must be renovated totally and we have to find the relocation place," he told.

Such proposal can be continued to South Jakarta Administration to Bappeda. But its execution could probably be realized in 2018.
